Emily Elizabeth Clark was born November 11, 1977 in Houston, Texas and passed away August 14, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Emily was the younger of two children born to Danny Thornburg and Judy Hodges Thornburg. Emily attended E.O. Lawrence Elementary School; Childers Middle School; South Intermediate High School and Broken Arrow High School where she graduated. After graduation she became a stay at home mom, loving wife and then later she enjoyed serving people as a waitress. Emily married Michael Donovan Clark on April 2, 1999 at the Tarp Chapel in Broken Arrow. Together the couple has two beautiful daughters Raven and Aislyn. Spending time with family and friends were most important to Emily. She especially cherished the time with her girls and her husband. Emily was a spiritual warrior and had a deep relationship with God and Jesus. Emily’s family and friends would describe her as artistic, gorgeous, generous, devoted, loyal, hardworking and a genuinely beautiful person. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Emily is survived by her spouse Donovan Clark; daughters Raven and Aislyn Clark; father Danny Thornburg; mother Judy Hodges Thornburg; brother Brad Thornburg and numerous other family members and friends.
