Emojean “Jean” Medeiros, born on September 8, 1931, left this world on June 24, 2024. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, finding joy in caring for her children and grandchildren. Jean’s unwavering faith led her to pray fervently for her loved ones, recognizing the power of prayer in their lives.
In her quiet moments, Jean enjoyed watching her favorite shows, including “Everybody Loves Raymond.” Her compassionate heart extended beyond her family—she was known for feeding the animals in her neighborhood, tending to birds, cats, and dogs alike.
Jean’s legacy lives on through the love she shared and the kindness she showed to all creatures great and small. She will be deeply missed by those who knew her.
Survived by her husband Louis C. Medeiros Jr., her children Nick Nichols and wife Michelle, Louis H. Medeiros and wife Deneen, and Elaine Moore and husband Duane, grandchildren Jeremiah Jones and wife Jennifer, Lara Pate, Joy Nichols, Daniel Nichols, Alyssa Nichols, Sheree Schlemme, Israel Harmon and wife Tiffany, Amy Goad and husband Cameron, Whitney Thompson and husband TwJuan Thompson, Andrew Medeiros and wife Faith, Jade DeVenny and husband Zakc, Renae Moore, Jon Medeiros Jr, Andrea Koogler and husband Chris, and Jasmine Medeiros, and 21 great grandchildren.
She is proceeded in death by her children Darlene Jackson and Jon Michael Medeiros.
