He is survived by his parents: Eric and Recole; sister: Karsyn Horn; brother: Michael Horn; grandparents: Ray and Sandy Beard, Rex and Sandy Shrum; great grandmothers: Esther Zarro and Florence Casaus; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.
