Ernesto Soriano-Rubio, a resident of Broken Arrow, passed away July 6, 2018 at the age of 15.Ernesto Soriano-Rubio, was known to his loved ones as ‘Chino’. He was born December 23, 2002 in Santa Ana, California to loving parents Leticia Rubio and Ernesto Soriano. Since he was a little boy, he had a passion for cars. As a young kid, he had an old soul. He enjoyed listening to his grandpa’s stories. He loved 80’s culture, from the upbeat ‘Take On Me’ to one of his favorite movies ‘Back to the Future’. Ernesto could make friends with anyone. His favorite school subjects were history and geography. His favorite movies were ‘Fast and the Furious’, ‘Avengers’, and ‘The Dark Knight’. He enjoyed watching Food Network and HGTV. He loved playing video games with his brother. Had a special bond with his father. Had a supportive and encouraging mother. Shared endless laughs with his sister. His favorite vacation spot was California. Ernesto loved superheroes, and was one himself. He made many friends throughout his journey, loved all his nurses and doctors. He wanted to be a pediatrician to help kids someday. Ernesto was an achieving student, loving son, brother, and friend. Our precious angel, loved always.Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 10th at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel and Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 11th at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
