Ervin Lee Ashlock 67 died November 12, 2012 in Tulsa. He was born October 11, 1945 also in Tulsa. Ervin was the son of Virgil Lesley and Opal Rose (Siedlik) Ashlock. He served in United States Military and was very proud of his service to his country. Ervin was a truck driver by profession. He is survived by his wife Cheryl, two sons Lee and Greg Ashlock,a stepson Jeff Headen, a daughter Nancy Ashlock, three brothers Donald (Bonnie), Lesley (Lavonna), Clarence (Willie) Ashlock, one sister Waneta Wilkens,11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Darlene Maner.
