Essie Louise Perryman-Morgan, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend; born Monday, July 19, 1982 in Tulsa, Oklahoma; went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her loving family by her side.Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Essie was a state champion, running track and played basketball for Edison High School After graduation she went to Bacone College, Liberal Arts College in Muskogee, Oklahoma, where she study in Associate of Science in Child Development and Education and she was in college rodeo.Essie relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma and continues to rodeo and later made the decision to start a family. In July 18, 2015, Essie married the love of her life James W. Morgan and they settled down together in Tulsa to raise their growing family together. She worked at New Leaf Wellness Center until her illness got her to the point She could no longer work.Essie enjoyed many things in her free time such as riding her horse’s, rodeo’s, camping, dancing, coloring, family cook out, shuffleboard, going out on the lake, and going to church. Essie was truly passionate about her family that she loved so dearly.Fond memories will always be cherished of Essie, of her camping trip with her family, her love of riding horses, making things unique and her over whelming love for her family, cousins and friends.Essie is preceded in death by her loving son Tony Becknell III; her daughter Toniana Becknell; her father,Harry DeWayne Perryman Sr.; her grandmother Rose M. Goudeau; her grandfather Emile Goudeau Sr.; her uncle Leon James Goudeau, her uncle Leo James Neal; her stepfather Billy Gene Cooper; her step grandmother Alice Roberds-Cooper.Essie is survived by her beloved husband of two years, James W. Morgan, her four loving children, Eric M. Talton, Keith D. Talton, Ty’Lia P. Smith, and Everett D. Smith, Jr.; her mother, Cheryl Goudeau-Cooper, Tulsa, Oklahoma, her brother, Harry D. Perryman Jr., Paterson, New Jersey; her sister LaRosa M. Dillard, Tulsa, Oklahoma, her grandmother, Minnie Louise Stevenson; her mother-in-law, Vanessa Terry & husband J.R. Terry; her four dearly loved uncles, Emile Goudeau Jr., Tulsa, Oklahoma; Charles Goudeau, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Larry Goudeau & wife Monika Goudeau, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Willie Goudeau Sr.’ DeSoto, Texas; her five dearly loved aunts, Henrietta Perryman; Lucille Powdrill & husband Norman Powdrill; Lucinda Reagan; Essie McPherson & husband Ronnie McPherson; Beatrice Pitt & husband Alphonso Pitt; all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her six dearly loved nieces, Kymbrazha Thompson, Des’yhnae Thompson, Damar’e Thompson, Antwanique Thompson, LaMari’yon Thompson, Jasmine (Jazzy Bee) Morgan; her dearly loved nephew, Damario Thompson Jr.; her four precious great nieces, Dayo Ni’veah Thompson, Promise Cheryl Ann Smith, Paige Rose-Ann Smith, Zurri Zeetriana Rose-Alice Beasley and other loving family members and friends.
