Gene Livengood's Obituary
Gene Livengood, 92 of Tulsa, Oklahomapassed from this life on Saturday, August 1, 2020 in Tulsa with family by his side. He was born August 3, 1927 in Delavan, Illinois to his parents, Arlyn Vada Livengood and Mary Mauderke Eeten Livengood. He married the love of his life, Dorothy Jean Pendergrass on November 17, 1946 in Peoria, Illinois and they shared in over 60 wonderful years together before her passing in 2007.
Gene is survived by his two children, Tunney Livengood, Jr. and wife Judy of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Nancy Livengood-Miller and husband Charlie of Skiatook, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Jennifer Aranda and husband Joaquin of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Sean Livengood and wife Karri of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Alan McPeters of Mounds, Oklahoma; three great-grandchildren, Matty Aranda, Mia Livengood and Emma Aranda. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoot and Mary Livengood; his wife Dottie Livengood; his brothers Bob and Jim Livengood; his grandson Andy McPeters and his best friend, Carl Johnson.
A celebration of life graveside service will be held at a later date.
