Eunice Eilene Jones' Obituary
After a long illness, Eunice Eilene Jones, 88, Passed away February 7, 2010. Euince was born on August 3, 1921 in DuBois, PA, the daughter of James and Ruth Heberling. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Eunice will be greatly missed by her family, but they will remember and treasure her love and committment to her family and to Jesus. Eunice graduated from Nursing School in Indiana, PA in 1941, married Kenneth Jones in 1943 and they celebrated 66 years of marriage in 2009. She served as a Registered Nurse with the Red Cross in Tulsa for many years. Funeral Services will be held 1:30 PM, Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Memorial Baptist Church with interment to follow at Floral Haven.Survived By: husband, Ken, three sons, Ken Jr. and wife, Judy of Tulsa, Larry and wife, Janet of Overland Park, KS, and David and wife, Susan of Tulsa. She was the grandmother of Gwendolyn Morgan, Samantha Dalton and husband, C.J., and Michael, Daniel and Allyson Jones all of Tulsa, and Ryan and Katie Jones of Overland Park, KS and great-grandmother to Kaylee, Emma, Luke, Jackson and Matthew all of Tulsa.
