Ezra Alan Mosely's Obituary
Ezra “Alan” Mosely, 69, passed away December 16, 2015. Born January 25, 1946 in Pampa, TX to E.A. and Floye Mosely, he was raised in Velma, OK and graduated from Velma-Alma High School in 1964. He then attended OSU Institute of Technology – Okmulgee. Alan retired from Public Service Company of Oklahoma in 2007 after 39 years of service. His last position was working foreman in Transmission Maintenance. He was a World War II history buff, and his hobbies included radio controlled airplanes and all things related to ham radios. Mostly, he enjoyed building the airplanes and radios. His greatest joy was caring for the resident greyhounds and whippets, and supporting the international rescue efforts of greyhounds in Spain (galgos Espanol). Preceded in death by his parents, Alan’s survivors include his wife of 22 years, Carolyn, son Trey Mosely (Allison) of Broken Arrow, sister Audrey Mosely of Fort Worth, TX, and brother Clinton Mosely of Krum, TX. Also surviving are granddaughters Nichole and Katelyn Mosely of Broken Arrow, and several nieces and nephews. In remembrance of Alan, contributions may be made to Galgos del Sol USA,142 Stevens Road, Lebanon NH 03766 a 501c3 organization or Halfway Home Greyhound Adoption, Tulsa, OK.
