Floyd L. Murphy, 87 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on October 21, 2011. He was born on May 10, 1924 in Arkansas to Fred and May Murphy. Floyd served his country with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked as a Service Manager for Jim Nelson Ford in Broken Arrow before retiring. Floyd is survived by his wife, Dorthey Murphy of 66 years; children, Rod and Pam; grandson, Peter and one brother, Jim. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2011, 10:00 AM, Veterans Field of Honor, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. Floral Haven 918.252.2518
