Frances Louise Hebert's Obituary
Frances Louise Hebert, 72, of Tulsa, OK, met with her all loving Lord September 10, 2011. She was a very special Mother and Grandmother. Frances was born April 20, 1939. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Stanfield and husband David; son, Larry Downs both of Tulsa; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren who adored her. Per her wishes she will have a private ceremony at a special place chosen by her. She will be dearly missed by all.
