Frances Lee-Taylor Collins' Obituary
Frances Lee Taylor Collins was born May 25, 1935 in Tulsa, OK. She passed December 24, 2014, aged 79 years and 213 days. She was preceded in death by her husband Ted R. Taylor on April 22, 1996. After spending time traveling, visiting friends, and enjoying life, Frances once again found love; she married J.D. Collins on June 6, 2001. She found joy in 2 families: On the Taylor side, her sons Gene and wife Debbie, and Larry and wife Sharon; grandchildren Stephanie, Michael, Brooke, Dustin, Megan, and Aaron; and 12 great-grandchildren. On the Collins side, daughters Kristie and husband Jeff, and Robin Collins; son Brett Collins and wife Ashley; and 5 grandchildren. Frances worked for and retired from McDonnell Douglas/Boeing; after retirement she owned and operated Broken Arrow Ceramics. Her favorite things to do were camping, fishing,and horse riding; on occasion she would visit a “house of chance” to increase her fortune. Frances loved her family, and she loved life.
