Frances Adelaide Smith's Obituary
Frances Adelaide Smith, 71 of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed from this life on Monday, April 13, 2020 in a Tulsa hospital. She was born December 31, 1948 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to her parents, Humberto Bordal Borges and Dorothy Vivian Bignell Borges. She married the love of her life, George Edward Smith on April 27, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and they have shared in over 51 beautiful years together.
Frances is survived by her loving husband, George Smith of the home; her two daughters, Dana Kay Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Tracy Lynn Newton and her husband Scott of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her sister, Vivienne Cullinan and her husband Mike of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Katy Newton of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Daniel Newton of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Jackson Newton of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and several friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Humberto and Dorothy Borges.
Fran was a strong woman. She was loving, creative, artistic, intelligent, an interior decorator, a super organizer, and was loved by family and friends.
