Frances Althea Stanley's Obituary
Frances Althea Stanley, a woman of compassion and love, passed from this life in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on December 25th, 2024. Entered the world on January 16th, 1949, in Jenks, Oklahoma, Frances spent her life nurturing those around her and exceling in crafts.
Her creative spirit shone through in every stitch of her crochet, sewing, and needlepoint. She had a remarkable talent for crafting, making the most exquisite doll clothes. Frances loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren, sharing laughter and creating cherished memories. Her hearty laughter was contagious, and she found great joy in making others smile.
Frances's legacy lives on in her family. She is survived by her daughter Sybil; her son Aaron Stanley and his wife Stephany; her beloved grandchildren Mercedes Frew, Tanner Frew, Garrett Stanley, and Payton Stanley; along with other family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Stanley; her parents Joseph Morris Hewling and Etta (James) Hewling; her sister Joann Bell; and her brother Jones Hewling.
Her gentle compassion and creative talents left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Frances's life was a tapestry woven with love and laughter and she will be deeply missed.
A visitation will take place on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Those wishing to send flowers for the service may do so by contacting Floral Designs by Floral Haven at (918) 459-1525. Independent florists are kindly asked to deliver flowers directly to Floral Haven Funeral Home by 2:00 PM on Monday, December 30, 2024, to ensure proper display for Frances’s visitation. Celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 12:30 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Lacey officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
