Obituary for Frank Curtis Ashlock Frank Curtis Ashlock, 94, Jet Engine Mechanic for American Airlines, passed away April 2, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. Frank was born May 16, 1920 in Walnut Ridge, AR to William “Will” Ashlock and Ada Ellen Curtis-Ashlock.Frank was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Orville D. Ashlock and Willie Olen Ashlock, one sister, Pearly Mabel Ashlock, his first wife Rita “Ann” Ashlock and his second wife, Hester Johnson-Ashlock, his son, William “Bill” Ashlock and a granddaughter, Lorri Ashlock. He is survived by his daughter, Frances “Fran” Ann Lichtenegger and son, John Curtis Ashlock and numerous family members.Frank was married to Rita “Ann” Dyar-Ashlock on March 27, 1944. Ann passed in 2002. Of their 58 year marriage, they had three children. After Ann passed in 2002, he wed Hester Johnson-Ashlock in 2004. Hester Ashlock passed in 2008.Frank is survived by his son and daughter and daughter-in-law, Terita Ashlock, as well as his grandchildren: John D. Lichtenegger and spouse Brenda Christie, Crystal Crites widow of Adam Crites, James Ashlock and spouse Laura, Doug Ashlock, Carrie Cruz and spouse Mario, Kathy Ashlock and spouse Michael Jackson, Tracy Bradley and spouse Chuck, Kelly Chappell and Kari Haughn and spouse J.R.Frank is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, including: Christoper Taylor, Danielle Haddock, Tiffany Martineau, Dallas Hoppes, Kelsie Fox, Tyler Spence, Lucas Carver, Johnathan Humphreys, Lily Humphreys, Adonis Cruz, Tiago Cruz, Matteo Cruz, Chelsie Ashlock, Coty Haughn, KayLee Haughn and three great-great-grandchildren, Physher Farhat, Weston Farhat and Jayden Spence.Frank is survived by a very loving family and numerous friends of many years. Frank loved life and the people in it. He never met a stranger and treated everyone with the upmost respect. He was a man of many talents. Love of his family was first and foremost; but not above God himself. His love for God was in his everyday life and how he viewed the world.
