Frank Hoyt Kernan's Obituary
Frank Hoyt Kernan Tulsa, OK December 16, 1925 ~ April 14, 2016Frank was born outside Bristow, OK to Frank and Maggie Kernan. He graduated from Seminole high School and met and married the love of his life, Neva Nall. Frank served in the Navy during World War II. He graduated from Oklahoma A&M with a degree in Dairy Manufacturing and spent his entire business career with Borden Milk Company. Frank and Neva raised their four children in the Oklahoma City area. After taking early retirement he followed his call and passion of full time ministry and missions. Frank and Neva attended Rhema Bible School, and served as pastors in Midland, TX, Tulsa, OK, and St. Louis, MO. At the age of 65 Frank and Neva began the next chapter of their lives together living, teaching and ministering overseas. After trips to several areas of the world they spent two years in St. Petersburg, Russia, and finally settled in the Czech Republic. Frank is survived by his wife Neva, son Mike and his wife Kay, son Pat and his wife Annis, son Greg and his wife Robin, daughter, Becky, and 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM at World Outreach Church, 8863 E. 91st Street, Tulsa, OK 74133. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the World Outreach Church Missions.
