Fred Nassiff's Obituary
Fred Nassiff, 94, passed from this life on January 28, 2026, in Owasso, Oklahoma.
Born on December 25, 1931, in Lisbon Falls, Maine, he was the beloved son of Edwin and Eva Nassiff. Fred made Owasso his home for many years and took great joy in being part of the community he cherished. He built meaningful connections with neighbors, friends, and all who crossed his path.
He dedicated many years of service to the United States Postal Service, where he worked with commitment and pride until his retirement. His work ethic, reliability, and kindness left a lasting impression. Fred's life was marked by simplicity, service, and a genuine appreciation for the people around him.
He will be remembered for his gentle nature, his quiet strength, and the warmth he brought to those who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of dedication and will be deeply missed, but he will be rejoicing in Heaven. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters Vickie, Mary, and Ann; brothers Jimmy, Eddy, and George.
Left to cherish his memory is his niece Barbara Smith and her husband Rex; nephew Gary Burden and his wife Bonnie; great nephew Stephen Smith; along with other family members and friends. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at St. Annes Catholic Church at 9:30am.
Fred will be laid to rest at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
