Chip and I were sorry to learn of the death of Fred. Judy always spoke fondly of him and we know he will be missed. We will be keeping your family in prayer.Chip and I were Judy's neighbors in Greenwood.
Babs,Freddie and I were opponets in High School and roomed together at GA Tech for one year. He was a great football player but a better individual. I will miss him. Congratulations on your 59 years of marriage and all the kids, grandkids & great grandkids.Toppy Vann
Dear Teague Family,I can't even begin to tell you all how very sad & shocked I am at the loss of Fred.He was an amazing man, a wonderful loving husband, dad, my sweet brother in law & e-mail buddy.I'm so glad that he & Gloria came by to visit when he was here to be inducted into the football hall of fame. No one was more deserving of the honor! I enjoyed our visit even though he didn't care for the cats that seemed to adore him!I'm happy that Fred & I shared our thoughts across the miles & I'll miss his messages so much. I've probably sent him articles & messages this week out of a wonderful habit that's going to be difficult to break & so sad each time I realize he's not there to receive them.I'm sorry I can't be there to share in your grief & celebrate the memory of his great life which has been cut short. The only way to comfort us in these times of great loss is to know that he's in the arms of the Lord & that we'll see him a little later.May God comfort all of you. With Love & Deepest Sympathy Brenda Palmer
To Babs and Family: I cannot tell you how devastated and saddened we are to lose Freddie. He was like our brother. He was our mentor, our historian, our source of encouragement, and our rock! Sharing ancestry info and family stories, he always craved for more. He loved learning about his ancestors. I will miss that. Just as I will miss his emails and his patriotism. Always caring and loving. He was so good to Mom and Aunt Em, who greatly adored him! We will miss him terribly. I'm so sorry that I cannot be there. I love you all!
Please accept my condolences on your loss. I remember him fondly during our time at Soddy Daisy and as his teammate during the football seasons of 1951 and 1952.
Our deepest sympathies go out to all of the Teague family. Even though we are so far away here in NC, please know that our hearts are with you in this most difficult time. We know all too well the pain of losing a father, grandfather, and husband to a beloved mother, who was such a treasured part of the family. We remember Fred for his warmth & kindness, and know he will always be a part of each of you he loved so dearly. Our prayers are with you.Love, Bobby & Connie Yokeley
