Freda Mae Stanford's Obituary
Freda Mae Stanford, born in Tahlequah, OK August 11, 1948 to James (Big Jim) and Clara Gilliam, passed away on June 24, 2020. Freda spent her life raising her daughters, sewing, and loving music by George Jones. Freda was lovingly known as “mamma” by her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jim Stanford, and grandson Stanford Jacob Byrd.
Freda was survived by her sisters, Rita Garner, Tahlequah and Sarah (Gary) Jacobs, Texas. Daughters, Teresa Brown, Owasso, Sarah Byrd (Anthony), Florida, and Deanna Douthit (Brian), Bixby. Grandchildren Michael Sehon, Dalton Sehon, RyLeigh Sehon, Caleb Douthit, Abbie Douthit, and Kenadie Byrd. Great grandchildren Lena, AceLynn, Brielle, Cambree, Zaiden, and Dahlton Jr. And a host of nieces and nephews.
