Frederick James Norris , 83, of Tulsa passed away Saturday, April 30th, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Missouri. Fred was a member of the Eastern Heights Baptist Church in Tulsa and enjoyed their breakfasts. Fred loved the outdoors and riding his tractor. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 1 grandson and 1 step-daughter. Fred is survived by his wife Jackie of 31 years, 5 children, 2 step-children, 16 grandkids and 27 great grandkids.
