Gabriel Sheridan Stone's Obituary
Gabriel Sheridan Stone, 37, of Tulsa, OK left his journey here on earth to be with his creator, our Lord, on October 15th, 2016. He was born in Tulsa, OK on September 29th, 1979 to Marcia Ware Stone and Paul Stone and was the youngest of 2 children.“Gabe” was a Center on the football team for Edison Middle School where his love for football began. He grew up loving the Pittsburgh Steelers and was planning to attend a home game in the future with his Fiancé’, Corie Lafond. He was active in the Native American community throughout most of his life and held his heritage near to his heart. Gabe was mechanically inclined from an early age and could meet just about any challenge presented to him. He had a huge heart, an infectious laugh and a contagious smile. He was an avid gun collector, lover of all genres of music, enjoyed working on cars and had a weak spot for Pitbull’s.While Gabe was taken from us too quickly, he passed while doing something he loved, riding his motorcycle.He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edna and Paul Stone Sr., his maternal grandfather, Loreing “Rod” Ware and his mother, Marcia Ware Stone.Gabe is survived by his father, Paul Stone Jr., sister, Heather Shipman, Grandmother, Shirley Ware, Aunt, Danette Ware, Uncle Eric Stone and his wife Bonnie Stone, Cousins Danielle Eastham, Allyson Stone and Natalie Stone.A “Celebration of Life” has been planned for 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 5th, 2016 at a private residence in Owasso, OK. In lieu of flowers and/or food the family has asked that donations be made in memory of Gabe to the Pitbull Rescue of Oklahoma www.pbroklahoma.com.
