Gary Lynn Chrisco's Obituary
Gary Lynn Chrisco, born January 23, 1938, in Shidler, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025, in Bernice, Oklahoma. He was the son of Iris Edgar Chrisco and Fern Marie Mullinex Chrisco.
Gary graduated from Shidler High School in 1956 and continued his education at the University of Central Oklahoma, earning his degree in 1961. A man of great intelligence and independence, he built a successful career as an insurance adjuster in Oklahoma City, where his sharp mind and dedication set him apart.
In retirement, Gary found solace in Bernice, enjoying the peacefulness of his own company while still cherishing the relationships he held dear. Known for his personable nature, he had a way of making meaningful connections, even while valuing his solitude.
He is survived by his sister, Virginia Springer and husband William, and his brother, Frank Chrisco, along with a host of cherished family and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Gary’s life was one of quiet strength, wisdom, and independence, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
