Gavin is survived by his parents Ashley Nicole Hemphill and Jeremy Wayne Thomas, brothers, Preston Wayne Thomas and Corbyn Daniel Thomas, and grandparents, Charles and Tracie Hemphill. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2015, in the Garden of Angels, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
