I had the honor to spend the last 7months helping with the care of George. I will say I got to spend a lot of time with George and got to know him. I am going to miss him singing early morning songs and telling me jokes. He shared his family photos and told me some pretty cool stories about his life in the Army. George was a funny guy that always had a joke to tell. He literally put together a scrap book of my Dad’s that I had been stalling to do for quite some time. I let him keep it for a couple of weeks because he was so interested. And when I got it back he had put everything in order. I had the opportunity to meet his wife Martha and 2 of their children. They are such a wonderful humble family. He will truly be missed and never forgotten. ❤️
