George H Schroeder's Obituary
Schroeder, George H. -died January 21st, 2009 in Tulsa. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 7, 1923 to August and Katherine Schroeder. He retired from the Cities Service Oil Company as the Sales Promotions Manager and Corporate Advertising and Publications Manager. After his retirement he started his own Sales Promotions business, Schroeder Marketing Resources. In 1950 he married Edythe Aiken. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Seasons Hospice and The Clare House for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Clare House and The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. Services will be Saturday, January 24th at 11:00 a.m. at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 8730 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Family to receive friends from 6:00 8:30 p.m. on Friday at the Floral Haven Funeral Home.Survived By: his wife, Edythe, daughter Barbara Mentzel and husband Robert and their two children Katie and Leah Mentzel, Steven Schroeder and wife Jamie Wooley. He was preceded in death by his sister Myrtle Wanland.
