She set the example as a wife and mother with unwavering devotion, always putting her family's needs above her own. She loved being around her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed baking her famous Sweet Rolls and even making sure there were plenty of extra so everyone could take home a plate full after a family gathering. Her sense of humor and infectious laugh will be remembered by all who knew and loved her. She made everything special from taking each Grandchild on their birthday shopping trip to buy a special gift, to making their favorite dessert, getting to spend a week in the summer in Henryetta going to work with Granny and Grandpa at Brown Printing, and even the epic Easter Egg hunts every year.
