Glenn G. Morast's Obituary
Glenn George Morast was born on March 8, 1935, to William & Inez (Sandum) Morast at Fort Peck, Montana and passed away on January 3, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Glenn is survived by his wife, Patricia Morast; son Grant and his wife, Laurie Morast, daughter, Gea, and her husband Eddie, Thompson; son Garrin Morast and grandchildren, Lindsey, Stevie, Rylee, Zachary, Cole & Haley and 9 great grandchildren and sister, Evelyn Haidle, as well as numerous nieces,nephews and friends. Glenn is preceded in death by parents, 2 brothers Meryl and Russell Martinson.After graduating from High school at Terry, Montana, Glenn faithfully served his country though a tour of duty in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany as a sharpshooter. Upon completion of his military service, Glenn began working for Carter Oil Co., in Billings, Montana, and then moved to Tulsa with Humble Oil Co. Glenn subsequently worked for Amoco for over 28 years as the Manager of Computer Center.Glenn loved to sing, was an outstanding chef and enjoyed playing golf with his close friends. Most of all, Glenn loved his wife and family and will be warmly remembered for his quick wit and great insight. A memorial celebration will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 @ 11:00am at Parkview Baptist Church, 5805 South Sheridan Road, Tulsa, Ok. 74145. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Tulsa Boys Home.
