Gloria Jean Cooksey, 76, teacher for Pawnee Public School passed away November 28, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. She was born July 13, 1941 in Pawhuska, OK to Edgar Leroy and Margaret Evelyn (Parris) Mitchell.Gloria is survived by husband, Don Cooksey; brothers, Bill Mitchell and wife Gloria, Ray Mitchell and Vicki; sisters, Jody Carr and husband Dave, Ouida Galvin and husband Pete; sister-in-law, Sue Mitchell; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brother, Roy Mitchell.Memorial service will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 5th, Floral Haven Rose Chapel.
