Gloria Mary Ladd's Obituary
Gloria Mary Ladd, 73, of Broken Arrow, OK passed away Friday, September 23, 2022, at her home and was surrounded by her loving family. Gloria was born on August 24, 1949 to Joseph Macksoud and Ramza (Estphan-Boutros) Macksoud. She met her husband of 50 years, Donald Ladd who was on active military duty in the United States Army, stationed at Selfridge Air Force Base in Michigan. Gloria and Donald married on August 8, 1970, in Detroit, MI., before moving shortly thereafter to Tulsa, OK., to begin their long, beautiful life together.
Gloria is survived by her devoted daughter Jennifer Dean, grandchildren Braydon and Evan Dean, who were the focus and center of her life with her husband Donald. She is also survived by sisters Agnes White (Hershel), Sadi Edge, Aiai Perl (Uwe), Cathy Bruci and brother Raymund Macksoud (Roseanne), along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones. Gloria will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know and adorn her, especially sharing in her passion of sports, casinos and Las Vegas. Most notably, Gloria will be forever remembered for her vibrant personality of living life to the fullest with loving comfort and laughter while always encircled with those she loved.
Gloria is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Donald Ladd, her parents Joseph and Ramza, and brother Joseph Macksoud.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2022, from 1-2 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 3:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home with Pastor James Lacey officiating. Interment to follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
A reception will follow after the service at Floral Haven Funeral Home - Family Center from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
