Greg King's Obituary
Greg King, age 58 years old, passed from this life on March 29, 2015. Greg was born April 9, 1956, to Jack Edmond King and Betty Lou (Kirkham) King, in Shelbyville, Indiana. Greg married the love of his life, his sweetheart, Rebecca Sue Sarber on August 13, 1977, at the First Baptist Church, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Greg began his career with QuikTrip 40 years ago. He worked as a store manager and then moved to the warehouse and became a truck driver for the company. Greg would have celebrated his 40th anniversary with QuikTrip in May, 2015 Greg is survived by his loving wife: Becky; children: Jennifer Melton and husband, Tim; and Brian King and wife, Tonie; grandchildren: Bailey Melton, Campbell Melton, Blake Melton Gavin King, Braydon King, and Mason King; brother: Steve King and wife, Shirley; nephew: Jason King; aunt: Pat Giles; Stepmother: Mary Anne King; stepbrother: Mike Hills and wife, Floris; Stepsister: Shelley Robinette and husband, Rob; and, mother-in-law and father-in-law: Pat and Ralph Sarber; brother-in-law: Jason Sarber; and sister-in-law: Kathy Barnett, and husband Charles, and children: Bethany Barnett, and Aaron Barnett. Greg is preceded in death by his parents: Jack and Betty King.. Visitation will be 2:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Visitation Room. A celebration of life service will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 2, 2015, Bethany Freewill Baptist Church, 100 North Olive Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012
