I will never forget the fond memories I have of sleepovers with his son and my best friend, of time spent with Mr. Barrack and his family. I often reflect on those days, thinking about how, if I am ever to be a father, his is a prime example I want to follow of parenthood done well. I am so grateful for the opportunity I have had to be with him.

Colonel Barrack was a great guy and he help everyone he's cadets try so much to he believed in us I was there for 2years in JROTC when I heard to passing about Colonel I was sad my mom was sad to when I went to see him get barried I cryed for 20mins I could never see Colonel again I wash he had one last chance....R.i.p Colonel Barrack fly high

Coach Barrack coached the Mingo Valley Jr. High soccer team the year my son was on it. He called those boys to be men. He taught them to battle to the end. He set the bar to be champions in their attitudes, on & off the field. He was a wonderful coach because the lessons my son & the other young men learned were more valuable than a championship season. It was a “character building “ season, but instead of empty words, Coach Barrack truly taught those men to hold their heads high & to fight the battle hard regardless of the outcome.
I was so grateful for his attitude & how he poured into my son.
