Gregory Dale Walser's Obituary
Gregory Dale Walser, 66, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on June 2, 2023. He was born on September 26, 1956 to parents Jerry and Barbara Walser. Gregory spent 20 years with Williams Company as a photographer. And went on to spend another 24 years with Light and Wonder Company.
He found solace and joy in the simple pleasures that nature offered. Throughout his life, Gregory cultivated a deep love for fishing, spending countless hours by the lakeside, casting his line and relishing the tranquility of the water.
His passion for photography allowed him to capture the beauty he found in the world around him. Whether it was a breathtaking sunset over the horizon or the delicate petals of a wildflower, Gregory's camera lens became a window to his soul, preserving moments that would forever be cherished.
The country life suited Gregory perfectly, for he valued his alone time greatly. Sitting on his porch, he would watch the world go by, appreciating the serenity that surrounded him. It was during these moments of reflection that he found peace and a sense of connectedness to the universe.
But above all else, Gregory adored his family, finding immense joy in their presence. His eyes sparkled with pride and tenderness as he spent time with his grandchildren, sharing stories, imparting wisdom, and creating treasured memories. Their laughter filled his heart, and he cherished every precious moment he spent with them.
Gregory possessed a spirit of adventure and wanderlust, always eager to explore new places. From the rugged mountains to the tranquil beaches, he sought to immerse himself in different cultures and landscapes, enriching his understanding of the world and deepening his appreciation for its diversity.
As we bid farewell to Gregory, we remember a man who lived life on his own terms, embracing his passions and finding contentment in the simple joys. He is survived by his wife Rosemary Walser; their children Brooke and Brent Torrey, and James Scott; their grandchildren Charlie Torrey and Thea Torrey; his parents Jerry and Barbara Walser; his brother Daniel Walser; his nieces and nephews Hillary and Justin Smith; Brandon and Emily Walser; Alex Walser; Courtney Picking, and Zach Rosson; brother in law Brent Picking; along with a host of other family and friends that will forever miss and love him.
He is reunited with his sister Morrie Picking.
