Thank you for your beautiful words, Martha! I loved my dad so much and miss him at every moment. I would love to hear any memories you can remember. I remember those days in San Francisco, as my parents brought me back to experience that too. We loved flying kites anywhere we could. ?? Thank you! Xo Nicole
Dearest Nicole,Your dad was a stern father, a candid grandfather, and a dear, dear friend. I loved him dearly, as I do you and Patsy. When Seth was a little baby, not more than 12 months old, his grandmother spent over a thousand dollars on him for his birthday. Art brought him a plastic-colored wheel that blew in the wind. Seth was fascinated!Art's favorite afternoons were going to Golden Gateway Park in San Francisco, lying on his back, and watching the Chinese kites fly over head. We would spend hours there.Your dad would laugh as we chased you around the house in Connecticut, running as quickly as you could, dropping M&Ms, with good old Woody The Dog following closely behind. You have been left with a beautiful legacy, from both your mother and your father. My thoughts and prayers will remain with you, throughout your life.Martha (Nedom)
