Harold D. LeeBorn to Roy and Bessie Lee November 18, 1924 in Drummond, Oklahoma, died April 18, 2014 in Owasso, Oklahoma, after lengthy battle with Parkinson’s disease. Graduated from Enid High School in 1942, served 4 years in US Army. Graduated from Oklahoma A&M in 1949 with Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. Married Joyce Inks in 1945. Retired from Ethyl Corp. 1987 after 34 years of service. While living in Tulsa he was active in Boy Scouts and was member of the Young Tulsans community band board of directors. He enjoyed retirement life at Lake Kiowa, Texas, where he was active with golf, square dance, world travel, and volunteered on the water utility board of directors and North Texas Medical Center board. Survived by wife Joyce of 68 years, son Steve and wife Kristi of Owasso, son Tom and wife Teresa of Tulsa, and son Jerry of McKinney, Texas, 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. His was a life well lived, we miss you Dad! Visitation will be Private Family only. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at First United Methodist Church of Owasso with entombment to follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Heritage Mausoleum.
