Harold Stanley Riggs' Obituary
Harold Stanley Riggs passed away Friday, March 24, 2012 at the age of 65. He was born May 26, 1946 in Tulsa, OK to his parents, Lafe and Imogene (Pratt) Riggs. Stan graduated from Nathan Hale High School. He worked most of his life as an auto mechanic, however he could fix anything. Stan loved racing and it didn't matter if it was cars, boats, motorcycles, anything with an engine and he was there! He enjoyed every aspect of racing whether he was the spectator, mechanic or driver. Anyone who knew Stan; knew he had a big heart, he was always helping people. His family was important to him and he enjoyed spending time with them. He will be missed by many. Stan is survived by his wife of 19 years, Anja Riggs, his sons Craig Riggs and wife Lisa, Darrell Riggs and wife Sheila, grandchildren Colten, Zachary, and Trudie Riggs, Sister Marion Moreau and her husband Gary and several nieces and nephews. Stan is preceded in death by his Father Lafe and Mother Imogene Riggs, Sister Judy (Riggs) Minick, and Brother Michael Riggs. A Graveside memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 29th at 2:00 at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK.
