Harold "Hal" Stanley Braham's Obituary
Harold “Hal” Stanley Braham lived a remarkable life! He was born on June 16, 1927 in New York City, N.Y. to Stanley William Braham and Mildred Emily Braham (Lorrieo). He attended Regis Catholic High school which was by invitation and scholarship only but true to his nature he graduated with honors. Harold continued his education at Columbia University graduating top of his class and Cum Laude with a masters degree in Electrical Engineering. Harold completed his PHD from Cal Tech and used his education to work on Communication Satellites and Aerospace Engineering. He was a pioneer on the Egyptian communication system and other world network systems. Harold was brilliant and was a major player in high level top secret government work. In “Space Technology” Harold was the eyes and ears to the Air Force in the 60’s and 70’s and served in top level administration for many companies including General Electric, TRW, and Hughes Aerospace. He loved writing and studying aerospace as well as the Yankees and the N.Y. Giants. He is survived by his greatest love, Elizabeth L. Braham who he married on February 7, 1959 and they celebrated 54 years together and out of their union they were blessed with three children; Robert Braham, Priscilla Braham Godi and Jennifer Braham. Harold is also survived by one brother; Herbert Braham of Chapel Hill, NC. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at St. Bernard’s of Clairvaux Parish in Tulsa, OK. with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
