Harry W. Bennett Jr.'s Obituary
Harry Winslow Bennett, Jr., age 82, passed from this life on July 25, 2025, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was born on March 20, 1943, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Harry and Ida Laverne Bennett, and from that day forward, began a life marked by devotion, strength, and deep love for family.
Harry proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. Following his service, he embarked on a long and faithful career with the United States Postal Service, retiring after more than 30 years of dedicated work, which he always enjoyed.
A man of simple joys, Harry found great enjoyment in bowling and the loyal companionship of his beloved dogs and cats. But above all, his heart belonged to his family. He deeply loved his children and grandchildren, and he cherished every moment spent with them. His late wife was the love of his life, his rock, his joy, and his greatest treasure. Their bond was one of true adoration and lifelong commitment.
Harry’s presence was steady, his values strong, and his love unwavering. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, loyalty, and a family who knew, without a doubt, how deeply they were loved.
