Hazel Barnett's Obituary
Hazel E. Barnett, a resident of Tulsa, passed away October 5, 2019 at the age of 96. She was born March 2, 1923 to Allen B. Rawdon and Flora (Watkins) Rawdon in Shamrock, Oklahoma. Hazel enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crosstiching, crossword puzzles, fishing and boating. She loved quilting, which she learned from her mother and also enjoyed gardening, where she had a big vegetable garden in her backyard and beautiful flowers all over her home. Hazel was a member of the Eastern Star and the White Shrine. She was an avid animal loved but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Barnett; parents, Allen and Flora Rawdon; son, David Allen Barnett and numerous brothers and sisters.Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Janice Barnett; brother, Jim Rawdon; two grandchildre, Kimbra Mavis and husband, Neil and Bryan Barnett and wife, Jennifer; four great grandchildren, Neil, Asher and Amanda Mavis and Cooper Barnett and numerous nieces, nephews and other relative.Viewing will be held Thursday, October 10th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, October 11, 2019 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel
