She was born on December 13, 1916 in Batesville, Arkansas to Joseph and Mary Ann (Banning) Hogan. Hazel was a homemaker. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012, 1:00 pm at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with Elder Russell Reck officiating.
