Helen Marjorie Elliott's Obituary
Helen M. Elliott – 90, passed away June 9, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma; born September 18, 1925 in Albany, Missouri to Gilbert & Louvina Whitton. Graduated from Albany High School in 1943; after high school she worked in Kansas City, Missouri and in 1945 she married her high school sweetheart Eddie Elliott. They continued to live in Kansas City where she was employed as head bookkeeper for Chevrolet division of General Motors. When their first child came she became a stay at home mother. She is survived by her husband Eddie Elliott; daughter, Linda of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; son, Larry of Branson, Missouri; daughter, Lisa & husband Tom Nash of Tulsa; two grandchildren, Lane Nash and Karly Nash. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Marshall & Mitchell Whitton and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday, June 13 at 12:30PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with a graveside service following at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. Services have been entrusted to Floral Haven Funeral Home, Crematory & Memorial Gardens at 6500 S. 129th E Avenue; Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012.
