Henry Timrod Haynes, 84 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in a Tulsa hospital with family by his side. He was born November 14, 1935 in Orangeburg, South Carolina to his parents, Harry Haynes and Leta Hughes Haynes. Henry married the love of his life, JoAnn Price on July 7, 1957 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and they have shared in over 62 beautiful years together.Henry is survived by his loving wife, JoAnn Haynes of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two daughters, Leta Bevenue and her husband Billy of Jenks, Oklahoma and Melinda Creekmore and her husband Danny of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two sons, Donnie Haynes and his wife Pam of Mounds, Oklahoma and Allen Haynes of Jenks, Oklahoma; two sisters, Betty Godwin of Orangeburg, South Carolina and Leta Dell Brunson of Orangeburg, South Carolina; twelve grandchildren, Andrew Haynes, Tandra Dean, Dana Gancasz, Danielle Arnold, Brian Haynes, Jeff Haynes, Jason Harrington, Justin Creekmore, Taylor Creekmore, Jake Creekmore, Chris Bevenue and Shawn Bevenue; fourteen great-grandchildren and many friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Leta Haynes; two brothers, Robert and John Haynes; three sisters, Helen Brown, Ruth Haynes and Mary Francis Haynes; and one great-grandson, Preston Mathis.Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Lacey officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
