Hester Arlene Mans' Obituary
Hester A. Mans, age 90, passed from this life on November 2, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on January 26, 1935, in Ashland City, Tennessee. Hester began a life marked by grace, devotion, and unwavering love for her family. She was the cherished daughter of Charlie and Beulah Reed, whose values and warmth shaped the woman she became.
In 1958, fate intervened in Nashville, Tennessee, when Hester went on a blind date and met Kenneth Fredrick Mans—the man who would become her lifelong partner and soulmate. The two were married in 1959, and the rest was history. Together, they built a beautiful life over 63 years of marriage, filled with laughter, resilience, and deep companionship. Their greatest joy came in raising three beautiful daughters, who were the pride and center of Hester’s world.
Hester’s heart was always centered around her family. She was a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, and a beloved grandmother whose presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the traditions she upheld, and the love she gave so freely.
She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Fredrick Mans.
