H.L. "Cork" Crain's Obituary
Cork passed away in his sleep at his home in Meeker at the age of 84 on December 13th, 2015. Cork was born on October 17th, 1931 in Sperry, Oklahoma. He served in the U. S. Army as well as the Army National Guard of Oklahoma. After the military his occupation was a machinist. Cork was preceded in death by his father, Orville Crain, mother, Rosetta Brown, wife, Janet Crain, brother, Buck Crain, and granddaughter, Jennifer Cooper. He is survived by daughters, Joy Kendall , Janice Cooper & Karen Turcott as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, December 17th, 1-8pm and Graveside services will be Friday, December 18th at 11:00am at Floral Haven Funeral Home. If you wish, in lieu of flowers, you may donate to the Disabled American Veterans.
