He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Lillian Higgins; sons, Dudley Higgins and wife, Glenda, Kenneth Eugene Higgins, and Reverend Leonard Higgins; 6 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by son, Troy Lee Higgins; parents, Charles Edward and Anna Pearl (Cheek) Higgins; and sister, Marie Sparks.
