Homer L Wager's Obituary
Homer L. Wager was 83 when he passed away on July 13, 2021. He was husband to ‘Sunni” for 64 plus years, father to Shannon Waggnor, Michelle Bechtold, and Sally Borrell, grandfather to Joe F. Waggnor, Jr., Kendal and Kyle Keith; Cortney, Karla and Marshal Roberts; great grandfather to Kenzie Waggnor, Kelsey, Dakota, Holly, Danika, and Arabella Keith, Payton Roberts. Homer graduated from Will Rogers High School and The University of Tulsa. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Homer was a Deacon with Eleventh Street Baptist Church now merged with Braden Park Baptist Church. He enjoyed volunteering and has logged thousands of hours donated to the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, Meals on Wheels, and People’s Pantry with Braden Park. In addition, he enjoyed throughout his life, Bowling, Swimming, Hunting, GOLF, and Travel. He also participated in Senior Olympics.
A visitation will be held on July 16, at 4-6 PM. The Celebration of life will be at Braden Park Baptist Church on Saturday at 11 AM.
