Hugh Ray Hamill, 77 years of age, passed from this life January 6, 2016. Ray was born October 23, 1938, to Hugh and Earmell (Tucker) Hamill, in San Bernadino, California. Ray married the love of his life, Barbara Alice Conder, April 2, 1959, in Claremore, Oklahoma. Ray is survived by his loving wife: Barbara Hamill, of the home; daughter: Rhonda Bradley; grandchildren: Josh Hamill and wife, Hannah, and Brandon Bradley; sisters: Florence Smith of Durant, Oklahoma, Melissa Brown of Columbia, Missouri, and Linda Means and husband, Ronnie, of Ardmore, Oklaohma; and a host of family and friends. Ray is preceded in death by his parents: Hugh Hamill and Earmell Tucker Hamill; daughter: Penny Hamill in 1984; brother: William Hamill; sister: Nina Poston; and Chester Hamill. Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 11, 2016, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Visitation Room, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday January 11, 2016, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Visitation Room. Services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2016, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Ray Hamill’s honor and name to Type 1 Diabetic Foundation or to Adkar Shrine, Local Transportation Fund, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
