Hugh Chandis Lilly's Obituary
Hugh Chandis Lilly
was born in Maple Fork (Mt. Hope), West Virginia, February 22, 1951. He passed away at home on February 1, 2020 surrounded by family.
His no-nonsense way of life will be missed greatly, but it will never be forgotten. He changed the lives of so many people that he met. He expected everyone around him to do everything to the best of their ability.
Due to his job he moved to a multitude of places touching the lives of many. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Stefanie Lilly and his children Donna Brooks & husband Chris, Hugh Lilly Jr and wife Josie, Taylor Cobarrubia and Chandis Lilly. Hugh leaves behind his mother, Anna VanDeVeire and his brothers Mark and wife Carolyn, Roy and wife Diane, Bruce and wife Tammy and Dayton Lilly. Also surviving are his grandchildren Breanna Reibe and husband Austin, Ryan Brooks, Brittany Lilly, Cheyanne Lilly, in addition to his first great grandchild Jayden Mireles. Hugh has a large loving family that he cared deeply for and was immensely proud of them.
Hugh will be remembered forever by his family on every hunting trip of which he would lead. He was most at ease with a gun in his hand, a brother at his side and a deer in his sights.
A memorial service will be held February 6, 2020 at Floral Haven Chapel 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 at 3:00 pm with a reception to follow at 4:30 - 6:30 pm.
