Inge Foster passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
She was born on May 29, 1944, in Germany, and lived a life filled with resilience, warmth, and unwavering dedication to her loved ones. Inge carried herself with quiet strength and grace, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Inge was a loving mother to Norman B. Foster and Dagmar Foster Earl. She was also a devoted grandmother—affectionately known as Nana, Oma, or Grandma Minja—whose seven grandchildren brought her immeasurable joy. Their laughter and presence filled her heart in a way that nothing else could.
In her younger years, Inge enjoyed bowling and line dancing, and she treasured time spent at home surrounded by family. Whether playing board games, sharing meals, or simply enjoying each other’s company, she found happiness in togetherness and connection.
She is survived by her grandchildren, including Ronald Dillon Schaefer, Rachel Schaefer Craw, Madison Schaefer Andrews, Noah Schaefer, Alix Foster, Samantha Barrett Foster, and Logan Andrew Stultz. She is also had nine siblings, all of whom lived in Bamberg, Germany.
Inge will be remembered for her kind heart, her enduring strength, and the love she so freely gave to her family. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
