Our Camelot Bunco meetings haven't been the same since Irma moved back to Oklahoma. She was the Grand Dame of our little group and the life of the party. One month her birtday happened to fall on Bunco night and we celebrated with a cake and made her queen for a day. I can still see her with a feather boa around her neck and a crown on her head holding court. What a tremendous legacy to leave, to be loved and missed by so many. Bunco in the Camelot subdivision was always more fun when Irma was there. She was such a joy to be with! Her laugh was infectious and I’ll always remember her zeal in tracking down the “baby Bunco” prize! So sorry for your family’s loss.

Although I didn’t know Irma very well the few times I was around her it was obvious how much she loved the Lord. Her dedication to the church and her love for people was how she showed her dedication to God. My prayers are with Sandy and her family. I know she will be so missed.

I always looked forward to seeing all our relatives at Christmas time. Our ringleader of fun and games was my Aunt Irma. She was always so full of life and joy, that’s how I’ll always remember her. I know she was a great servant of God’s and now she can rest easy with Uncle Howard.

Going to miss my friends infectious smile and laugh. She loved her childhood and sharing with her friends which I enjoyed her much. I'll miss our lunches at Chavo's after church. Sandy, your mom has earned her Angel wings and heavens gain is our loss.

Erma was a wonderful friend and she will be missed. She always asked me if I was staying out of trouble. I always answered with”that’s no fun. I’m supposed to get in trouble. “ will miss her stories she told of growing up in Shawnee. She is where she has always wanted to be with her Lord and Savior and her Family. Miss you Erma❤️

Irma and I grew up together in Shawnee. We are 1st cousins. Our dads were brothers. We played together as children. We would look for golf balls along fence line of the country club, and we would visit grandmother Johnson in SW Pottawatomie county on the Johnson homestead! . Many memories...all good.

I’m very sad today because another one of our precious saints in our Harmony Melody Sunday school class has left us! But my heart sings because I know she is in Heaven with our Savior and her friends and family who were waiting for her there! We will miss her so much! She was such fun to be with and always happy and so caring for everyone! She added joy and laughter to our conversations! She never met a stranger!
