Jack Davis' Obituary
Jack Davis, 89, of Tulsa, passed away on August 2, 2016. He was born on October 13, 1926, in Tulia, Texas, the son of Jess and Louise (Garrett) Davis. On March 10, 1951, he married Sarah Elizabeth Sage in Beatrice, Nebraska. He proudly served our country in both the Army, and the Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Sarah, children, Donald Davis, and his wife, Christine, of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Frances Davis, of Black Mountain, North Carolina, John Davis, and his wife, Diana, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Scott Davis, of Richmond, Maine, and Jennifer Davis, and her husband, Cliff Mims, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, eleven grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, brothers; Donald Davis, and his wife, Jean, of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Jim Davis, of Corsicana, Texas, and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Virginia Bufkin. A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
